How to choose
Use photographs first when you are still identifying the item, comparing an existing offer or deciding whether it is worth posting. Use the collection route when there are many items and you need a numbered overview. Use the label route when you are ready for physical inspection.
Fair Vintage should not turn early research into a forced postal-label funnel. A clearer starting point helps customers avoid sharing more personal information than the current step needs.
What happens after an enquiry
A photograph-first enquiry can support an initial discussion, but it is not a certified appraisal and may not produce a binding offer. Physical inspection, testing and market context may still be needed.
If you request a label, the existing workflow collects the details needed to send and return a parcel. The website only counts a lead after the relevant workflow confirms a successful submission.
