Use the existing secure contact route

The website already supports a photo-first contact enquiry with optional JPG, PNG or WebP photographs, private storage references and confirmed lead tracking after persistence. This page points customers to that functioning route instead of adding another upload endpoint.

Do not include bank details, full identity documents, probate documents or private family correspondence in an initial enquiry. Keep the first message to item photographs and basic context.

What to include

Say what the item is if known, how many items you have, whether there is paperwork, and whether you want to sell, compare an offer or organise an estate. If the item is untested, say so plainly.

This initial photograph route is not a certified appraisal and it may not produce a binding offer. Fair Vintage may need physical inspection before making a firm offer, especially for gold fineness, diamonds, gemstones, watches, silver or mixed collections.

Useful tools before you enquire

Helpful first, commercial second.

The goal is to help sellers choose the right next step: learn with tools, send photographs for an initial discussion, organise a collection, or request an insured posting label when ready.
